A message from our CEO

“Every day I see the courage of our residents, the dedication of our staff, and the quiet heroism of families who stand by their loved ones. DCMH is more than an organisation — it is a community of care and a promise of dignity for some of society’s most vulnerable members. Together, we will keep breaking barriers, fighting stigma and building a future where mental health is a shared responsibility.”
